The Special: Megan Koester, music from Stove, plus Dale Seever

  • Manhattan Neighborhood Network 537 West 59th Street New York, NY, 10019 United States (map)

Greetings,

Dale Seever here. You may have seen me pop up on the show here and there to help members of the cast and crew. Let’s face it...this season of The Special has been somewhat tense. I'll admit, I'm beginning to lose track of what's real and what's not.

As MNN’s Wellness Advisor, I think it's time for us to change course a bit with the show. I know you may be thinking, "What the heck is a Wellness Advisor?" It's a relatively new field of (I hate this word, but I'll use it anyway-ack!) consultant, that essentially completes a health and happiness audit of a corporation or organization. In this case, MNN hired me to come on board and take stock of the whole enterprise, from management, facilities, crew on down to talent. I have a few ideas as to how to soothe both the crew and hopefully you!

I'll also be bringing back some familiar faces and taking over Brett's scheduled interview with Megan Koester, who wrote and recorded the audiobook “The Indignities of Being a Woman” along with legendary comedy writer Merrill Markoe. Plus music from the delightful Brooklyn band, Stove.

Brett's been given the night off, but with some spiritual recalibration, we might be open to reconsider! Tune in for a night of JOY... for once.

With Gaia's blessings,

Dale Seever
